How the Sweet Potato Stacks Against the Regular Potato

    1. I'm also trying to do the same ... incorporate more sweet potato into my diet. Right now, I eat baked/boiled sweet potatoes as part of my main entree (e.g., with veggies and chicken/salmon on the side).

      I also have a sweet tooth that goes crazy at times, so making a sweet potato pie from scratch seems to cure that. There are a lot of unhealthy (IMO) sweet pie recipes out there, but I managed to find a good vegan recipe that contains almond milk, wheat, etc.

      The next thing I want to try is making sweet potato smoothies. I've seen a couple online and might try a variation.
