What an awesome giveaway!!

To keep my skin fresh and healthy, I drink water like it's my job. I eat healthily and work out consistently. I wash with gentle soaps and exfoliate gently with a washcloth. I keep my skin moisturized with a homemade mixture of shea and coconut oil.

::crossing fingers that I win this one!::

For my skin I use Bentonite Clay to detox, shea butter to moisturize, Argan Oil to soften and tea tree to tone. I detox once a month. I wash my face every other night (If I don't wear makeup those days) and I morizturize everyday and night.

What a cool idea!

As far as my regimen, I do not use soap--that tends to be drying for my skin. I rinse my face twice daily with warm water Once a week with an oatmeal or almond scrub or mud mask to exfoliate and deep cleanse. During the cold winter months, I apply a small amount of aloe vera or jojoba oil to moisturize.

I exercise at least 3 times a week.

I wash with a castile soap in the shower. When Im done I use coconut oil to soften my skin and seal in the moisture from my shower.

For my face, I use bentonite clay, and follow up with aloe vera juice (my skin can become really dry after the mask).

I drink 8 glasses of water a day.

I oil wash my face with EVOO and EVCO I mix the two together and with a wash cloth let the steam from the cloth stay on my face for about 20 seconds and that its. I try to stay away from junk food but I have my weak moments, lol.

Once a month I use bentonite clay as a mask.

I drink lots of water, exfoliate when needed, stay out of direct sunlight and use high SPF lotions ALWAYS, and remove my makeup nightly, before moisturizing every evening.

To keep my skin nice & fresh....I drink plenty of water everyday, and I do not drink sodas at all, but I drink 100% cranberry, apple and grape juice. I also watch what I eat and try to eat more fruits and vegetables. I also do my daily routine, wash with cleanser, apply blemish control, moisturizer, and skin oil. I repeat this at night also. I take the "Hair, Skin, and Nails" vitamins three times a day.

I make sure to drink water and take my multivitamin because beautiful skin comes from a healthy body. And I wash my face daily and use extra virgin coconut oil as my facial moisturizer.

I get my sleep to keep my skin fresh in the morning and avoid puffiness. Also, witch hazel is great for getting off all the dirt and gunk that my cleanser might not be strong enough to use.

My hair? Oh, where do I start??? I'll keep it simple. Deep conditioning EVERY single week with Givonnani Smooth As Silk deep conditioner with coconut oil slathered on top makes my hair feel incredible!

Yay for giveaways, this is awesome!

I make my own facial products. My face wash includes ingredients like agave nectar, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to name a few. My toner includes witch hazel and essential oil. My face scrub includes brown sugar and olive oil and my face mask includes yogurt, honey and oatmeal. I drink at least 64oz of water a day. I wash my face with Clearsil, and moisturize with Cetaphil during the day. During the nighttime, I will wash with Clearsil and moisturize with shea butter to remove any blemishes or marks from my face. I'll exfoliate once a week. Ta da! That's all!

Peace, love, and happiness!
