What are your healthy hair and body resolutions for the New Year? Mine are:
- get back to prepooing with coconut oil (I've been slacking)
- exercise more frequently
- grow my hair to waistlength
- stick to my hair care regimen
- be more diligent about taking my multivitamins
*continue taking care of my hair and watch it grow. I am in disbelief of how long it is now w/o a perm. It's been a long way coming *be in charge of my exercise regimen *Eat, speak, be better, purer, healthier. :D Happy New Year's!
Mine are: *Grow hair to shoulder length unstretched by minimising breakage *Be more consistent with my vitamins *Maintain my exercise regimen more consistently throughout the year *Engage in more activities that I like that also promote my physical and mental well-being
-set new PRs on my Olympic lifts (I compete in weightlifting), as well as on my deadlift, squat and shoulder press -lose 4-5 kilos so I can compete in the next weight class down at my meets -drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water a day-- which is still less than I should, but an amount I can actually do -eat at least one RAW veggie or fruit every day -truly MASTER my hair's care and routine -grow my nape from mid-back to waist length, and get my shorter layers to catch up to mid-back length
